ROLE
– Monitor network devices, servers, and applications using NOC monitoring tools
– Track system performance, uptime, and availability in real-time
– Identify and respond to alerts, anomalies, and outages
– Log, categorize, and prioritize incidents in ITSM tools
– Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 teams
– Maintain detailed incident records and updates
– Coordinate with internal teams, ISPs, and vendors for resolution
– Monitor bandwidth utilization, latency, and system health
– Generate daily/weekly incident and uptime reports

REQUIREMENTS
– BSc-IT / Diploma / BE / BTech or equivalent
– 2–4 years of experience in NOC / Network Monitoring / IT Infrastructure roles
