ROLE
– Handle bulk and mass hiring drives for plant and factory requirements
– Source candidates through job portals, field recruitment, local networks, contractors, and referral programs
– Coordinate with plant managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements
– Conduct screening interviews and shortlist candidates
– Organize walk-in drives and campus hiring for ITI/Diploma candidates
– Manage recruitment vendors and staffing agencies
– Ensure timely onboarding and documentation compliance
– Maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring trackers
– Ensure adherence to labor laws and hiring policies
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 2-4 years of experience in non-IT / blue-collar recruitment
– Experience hiring for manufacturing, production, or factory roles
– Strong experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment
– Knowledge of local labor market and sourcing strategies
– Understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
– Experience coordinating with contractors and manpower agencies
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work under tight deadlines
– Good stakeholder management skills
– Strong organizational and coordination abilities
– Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
– Experience in automotive, heavy engineering, FMCG, textile, or similar manufacturing sectors
– Experience managing hiring for multiple plant locations
