On-Ground Sales & Marketing Intern

Farmers for Forests (F4F) – Pune, Maharashtra, India

ROLE
– Promote and sell rice products through stalls, exhibitions, fairs, and local events
– Interact directly with customers and explain the product offerings
– Support sales activities across cafés, retail outlets, and community spaces
– Identify and approach grocery stores, organic stores, cafés, and local retailers
– Support coordination for temporary stalls at corporate offices, IT parks, and events
– Assist with permissions, logistics, and event coordination
– Help set up and manage sales stalls
– Coordinate inventory and maintain basic sales tracking
– Ensure branding materials are properly displayed during events
– Suggest practical ideas to improve sales and brand visibility
– Support outreach through offline promotions and local engagement activities
– Share customer feedback and field observations with the team

REQUIREMENTS
– Based in Pune and available for local travel
– Comfortable with fieldwork and direct customer interaction
– Comfortable communicating in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
– Willing to work on weekends or event days, when required
– Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
