ROLE
– Coordinate with the data quality team and field team for planning the data collection on the field.
– Ensure the data quality of the collected field data is correct.
– Help the Field Manager to collate data post farmer onboarding by implementation team
– Document Verification and Data Scrutiny: Review and validate data from scanned documents to ensure consistency and correctness, supporting data quality checks and finance-related tasks as needed.
– Other related duties or work as assigned by the Field Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree and above; background in the agriculture sector, rural development, or social work is a major advantage.
– Good interpersonal skills and fluency in Hindi
– Willing to travel extensively to field locations and engage with farmers.
– Valid driver’s license and a motorcycle is mandatory.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
– Flexible, self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious relationships within communities.
– Attention to detail and ability to adapt to unstructured or fast-changing circumstances.
– Ability to manage high-level relationships with farmers.
– Ability and willingness to work in challenging field conditions.
