ROLE
– Support the Business Operations Team in day-to-day coordination of order processing, tracking, and reporting.
– Assist in preparing daily and weekly performance dashboards for management review.
– Track order accuracy, timelines, and escalations; follow up for closure with concerned stakeholders.
– Help in process documentation and standardization of operational workflows.
– Analyse data to identify process gaps or improvement opportunities.
– Support in maintaining compliance with internal SOPs and reporting requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
– Good communication and interpersonal coordination skills.
– Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of dashboard is a plus.
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
– Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
