ROLE
– Enable operations team to execute client requirements
– Follow the process with extreme attention to detail
– Monitor standard operations and resolve any deviations
– Know how to work all of the equipment for waste processing
– Coordinate and regularly communicate with the team through messages, calls, and meetings
– Focus on developing the ecosystem
– Look into deep client engagement on a monthly basis through training, awareness sessions, collection drive etc
– Ensure that the clients interacting with them on the ground are satisfied with Company services
– Understand the contract requirements and be responsible for accepting and handling all issue related calls by clients in coordination with client team
– Meet clients regularly to ensure client satisfaction and adjust processes if required
– Ensure client side trainings are completed
– Engage with client to address gaps and schedule sensitization, awareness programs, and trainings for clients on responsible waste management
– Update clients on their waste managed by sending monthly qualitative and quantitative reports
– Attend regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with Client Team
– Raise Invoices for services offered by 10th of every month
– Monitor and renew MoU/Agreement upon expiry
– Optimize operational requirements to maintain service delivery while reducing costs
– Capture fleet details and expenses on monthly basis
– Upload invoices in VMS on timely basis
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engaging with them to address any gaps and organize sensitization, awareness programs, and trainings on responsible waste management
– Provide clients with regular updates on their waste management through monthly qualitative and quantitative reports
– Participate in environmental club activities initiated by clients as part of client engagement efforts
– Gather monthly feedback from clients and share status reports with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency
– Develop customized proposals tailored to client requirements and collaborate with the team to create proposals aligned with market needs
– Evaluate various waste management technologies to provide suitable solutions to clients
– Utilize market knowledge and competitor analysis to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
– Work with the leadership team to enhance the company’s communications strategy
– Conduct market research, including competitor analysis, and maintain a marketing strategy while collecting and assessing customer feedback
– Generate reports and presentations detailing business development activities
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Management, or related field
– Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management is an added advantage
– Strong understanding of waste management operations and processes
– Excellent coordination and team management skills
– High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
– Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
– Familiarity with MIS systems, reporting tools, and data management
– Understanding of contracts, invoicing, and compliance processes
– Experience in client relationship management and issue resolution
– Ability to conduct trainings, awareness sessions, and engagement activities
– Exposure to business development, proposal creation, and market research
– Proactive and ownership-driven approach
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
– Adaptability and willingness to travel for client/site visits
