ROLE
– Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
– Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
– Support in creating ad copies, creatives, and campaign structures.
– Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to optimize campaign performance.
– Prepare performance reports and share insights for campaign improvements.
– Assist in A/B testing of ads, creatives, and audiences.
– Coordinate with internal teams for creative assets and campaign requirements.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
– Basic understanding of performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
– Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
– Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
– Hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
