ROLE
– Actively promote and sell RICE through melas, fairs, exhibitions, and local events
– Set up and manage sales stalls at events, markets, and public spaces
– Identify and onboard grocery stores, organic stores, and local retail outlets for product placement and sales
– Support sales targets through direct customer interaction and demos
– Explore and coordinate opportunities to set up temporary stalls or sales desks at large corporate offices
– Coordinate permissions, logistics, and stall setup for corporate sales days
– Liaise with event organizers, mela coordinators, RWAs, and corporate admins
– Handle stall logistics including setup and teardown, inventory coordination, and basic sales tracking and reporting
– Ensure branding material is displayed properly during events
– Propose innovative, practical ideas to increase offline sales
– Experiment with new sales formats
– Share feedback from customers and retailers to improve sales strategy
– Maintain simple records of sales done, leads generated, and stores/events covered
– Coordinate closely with the Pune office team for planning and follow-ups
REQUIREMENTS
– Student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with an interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
– Comfortable with fieldwork and outdoor engagement
– Strong communication and people skills
– Marathi/Hindi required, English preferred
– Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to take ownership
– Prior experience in field sales, events, or FMCG marketing is a plus
