ROLE
– Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and standardize workflows using Lean Six-Sigma concepts and other continuous improvement methodologies.
– Governance and Compliance: Design and implement governance structures and mechanisms to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
– Automation & Standardization: Identify and implement opportunities for automation of reports and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

REQUIREMENTS
– Experience working with large, complex datasets and proficiency with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
– Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
