ROLE
– Procurement of materials from various sources as per the project requirement
– Handling imported consignments, Custom clearances, handing CHA, Documentation related to customs clearance
– Installation Contractor management – finalization of contractors for the project site activity
– Coordination with engineering team and vendors for optimizing the cost
– Coordination with planning, site for the timely delivery of materials to the site
– Vendor assessment, approval and follow up for the timely delivery
– New vendor development
– MIS

REQUIREMENTS
– Expertise in MS office package, ERP package
– MIS preparation
– Excellent communication skills – written and spoken – English and Hindi
– Education: BE Electrical /Mechanical
– Experience: 5~6 years total work experience in procurement
