ROLE
– Identify and execute strategic programs that expand the ITAD business beyond traditional B2B sales
– Explore ITAD through co-branded programs with OEMs, distributors, or logistics companies
– Develop partnership-led sourcing models with e-waste aggregators, infra service providers, coworking spaces
– Track pricing benchmarks and recommend optimization strategies
– Manage relations with Trade network for sale of devices and price updating in back-end systems
– Keep backend tools updated with specification/model-wise and brand-wise prices
– Own national-level dashboards for sales funnel, volume metrics, revenue vs targets, partner performance, operational SLAs
– Provide actionable insights to the National Head for weekly/monthly reviews
– Generate proposals and quotes, and provide pricing support for the team
– Create SOPs and SLAs to ensure speed and accuracy across proposal generation, data reporting, and handover to Ops/Finance
– Act as SPOC for backend coordination with Ops, Finance, Legal, and other interdepartmental co-ordination
