ROLE
– Develop detailed project plans, define timelines, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery of projects with desired outcomes.
– Engage with clients across multiple departments, internal teams, and external partners to drive project alignment and successful outcomes.
– Work closely with product/tech, operations, production, and business teams to ensure smooth execution and process efficiency.
– Proactively identify project challenges, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
– Build and refine processes and procedures that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve client satisfaction.
– Define KPIs for projects/functions, monitor performance, and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
– Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
– Take full ownership of assigned programs, driving them from initiation to completion with professionalism and high-quality execution.
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
– Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities.
– Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data to drive decisions and track KPIs.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
– Ability to identify risks, problem-solve, and implement solutions proactively.
– Competency in process building, optimization, and documentation.
– Comfortable in fast-paced and dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
– Previous experience in client-facing roles or project/program management in technology, EV, or manufacturing domains.
– Experience in cross-functional project coordination and business operations.
– Entrepreneurial mindset with a “get-things-done” attitude and strong ownership.
– Exposure to data-driven decision-making and performance tracking frameworks.
