ROLE
– Build the Data Backbone by designing smart, intuitive systems for data capture and validation across projects
– Streamline and automate workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
– Ensure data integrity across operations, finance, and impact metrics
– Enable teams on the ground to use data, not just report it
– Decode Impact beyond Numbers by translating field realities into measurable impact frameworks
– Track and analyze environmental metrics, social metrics, and advanced impact metrics
– Build narratives that connect numbers to people to outcomes
– Shape Financial Models and Business Decisions by building and refining PnLs, projections, and financial models
– Determine unit economics of waste systems and operations
– Identify inefficiencies, leakages, and cost optimization opportunities
– Support decision-making on scaling, investments, and new models
– Conduct field visits to validate data and understand operational realities
– Audit systems and identify gaps between reported vs actual performance
– Build dashboards, reports, and visual narratives tailored for internal teams, funders and partners, and strategic stakeholders
– Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
– Identify risks early through data signals and trend analysis
– Design mitigation strategies for operational and financial challenges
– Ensure compliance, data security, and system reliability

REQUIREMENTS
– Hands-on experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis
– Ability to build clear, compelling data visualizations and narratives
– Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
– 1+ years in data analytics, finance, or impact measurement
– Experience in sustainability, waste management, or social impact is a plus
– Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields
