ROLE
– Lead fund-raising initiatives including rupee and foreign currency loans, equity, and other financing instruments.
– Manage debt/equity raising, financial closures, and liaise with banks and financial institutions.
– Drive all activities related to funding tie-ups and financial closure up to the disbursement stage.
– Review loan agreements, monitor investments/divestments, prepare and analyze cash flows, fund flows, profitability statements, IRRs, payback periods, DSCRs, and other key project financial metrics.
– Manage project and working capital financing requirements, ensuring sound financial controls and compliance with organizational standards.

REQUIREMENTS
– 3-5 years of experience in Project Finance, ideally within the Renewable Energy sector.
– Proven experience in fund raising, financial closure, and banking relations.
– Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
– Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
