ROLE
– Ensure construction is completed as per approved design, scope, and technical specifications.
– Monitor and control project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
– Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly construction plans.
– Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
– Track project progress and implement recovery/catch-up plans.
– Act as single point of contact for all contractors and subcontractors.
– Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and equipment.
– Monitor contractor performance against scope, quality, and timelines.
– Ensure adherence to HSE policies and safety standards for both solar and wind sites.
– Maintain all safety and quality documentation.
– Coordinate testing and commissioning of solar plants and wind turbines
– Ensure closure of punch points and smooth project handover
– Obtain work completion certificates and approvals from clients
– Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
– Ensure timely approvals, reporting, and issue resolution
– Maintain strong communication with head office and site teams
– Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits
– Maintain records such as muster rolls, wage registers, insurance, and permits

REQUIREMENTS
– Education: BE Electrical / BE Electronics.
– Experience: 15 – 20 years total work experience. Minimum of 8 – 10 years in project execution of Medium/Large solar projects.
– Expertise in MS Office package
