ROLE
– Understand scope of work, specifications, commercial terms, and client requirements.
– Prepare bid/no-bid analysis and identify project risks.
– Attend pre-bid meetings and handle client clarifications.
– Identify and shortlist vendors/subcontractors.
– Send RFQs to vendors and follow up to obtain quotations on time.
– Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of vendor offers.
– Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
– Prepare detailed cost estimation and pricing sheets.
– Prepare commercial proposals including price schedules, cost breakdown structure, payment terms, taxes and duties analysis.
– Compile complete techno-commercial bid documents.
– Ensure timely submission of proposals as per tender deadlines.
– Maintain proper documentation and bid records.
– Coordinate with management for final review and approval before submission.
– Support clarification meetings after bid submission.
– Assist project execution team during order handover.
– Provide cost analysis and budget details for awarded projects.
