ROLE
– Explore new products, components, and vendors in the IoT, electronics, and industrial automation domain.
– Assist in vendor sourcing, comparison, and quotation evaluations.
– Coordinate BOMs, procurement requirements, and pricing with vendors.
– Conduct market research for electronics, sensors, enclosures, networking, and mechanical components.
– Coordinate with operations and project teams for procurement requirements.
– Assist in procurement documentation, follow-ups, and vendor communication.
– Support the purchase and supply chain team in daily operational activities.

REQUIREMENTS
– Pursuing or completed Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Relevant technical courses.
– Strong interest in industrial technology, products, and vendor management.
– Smart, proactive, and quick learner with problem-solving ability.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical components preferred.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
– Exposure to procurement or vendor management activities.
– Understanding of industrial IoT products and components.
– Familiarity with Excel or procurement tracking tools.
– Interest in operations and supply chain processes.
– Hands-on exposure to real industrial IoT projects.
