ROLE
– Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and Safety Process.
– Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff.
– Preparation of Quality observation report in Commercial Projects.
– On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all technical aspects of Projects.
– Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection.
– Follow-up and updating closure reports.
– Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.
– Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding
– Communicate with O&M and Execution team.
– Regularly inspect equipment.
– RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification.
– Solar Product inspection is Advantage.
– Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related reports.

REQUIREMENTS
– Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential, Commercial Projects.
– Basic Computer Knowledge in M.S. Word + Excel + Power point
