ROLE
– Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
– Perform root cause analysis for defects and reduce rejection rates.
– Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality protocols.
– Maintain quality documentation and prepare daily/weekly quality reports.
– Coordinate with Production & R&D teams for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
– B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Production Engineering.
– Knowledge of QC tools, 7 QC Tools, RCA, 5 Why Analysis.
– Strong analytical and reporting skills.
