ROLE
– Develop and implement quality control procedures for solar products
– Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished goods
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality benchmarks
– Monitor product quality metrics and prepare reports
– Perform electrical and mechanical testing of solar panels, batteries, and inverters
– Identify defects, root causes, and recommend corrective actions
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and Six Sigma practices
– Reduce rejection rates and improve overall product reliability
– Evaluate and audit suppliers/vendors for quality compliance
– Maintain quality documentation including SOPs, checklists, and reports
– Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
– Investigate customer complaints related to product quality
– Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures
– Collaborate with production, R&D, and service teams
– Support new product development with quality inputs
– Train staff on quality standards and procedures

REQUIREMENTS
– Understanding of solar products and electrical systems
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
– Strong attention to detail and documentation
– B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field
– 1–4 Years of experience
– Experience in solar industry or renewable energy sector
– Exposure to Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
