ROLE
– Lead complete HR operations for IPP project sites including: Manpower planning & mobilization, Onboarding & exits, Attendance, leave & shift governance, Employee lifecycle management
– Act as the single HR point of contact for site leadership, project heads, and corporate HR
– Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks issued by Corporate HR
– Maintain HR dashboards & MIS covering headcount, attrition, contractor strength, and compliance metrics
– Manage industrial relations across sites ensuring peaceful, disruption-free operations
– Handle: Union / worker interactions, Local labour issues and disputes, Disciplinary actions, inquiries, and grievance redressal
– Ensure 100% statutory compliance under applicable central & state labour laws
– Oversee large contract workforce across multiple IPP sites
– Support site hiring in coordination with TA team
– Drive performance management process implementation at site level
– Identify training & development needs for site staff and support L&D initiatives
– Support succession planning and capability building for site HR & admin teams
– Partner with Project, Construction, and Site Leadership to ensure smooth manpower deployment and industrial harmony

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & compliance frameworks
– Proven experience in Industrial Relations in project-based environments
– High stakeholder management and negotiation skills
– Ability to manage multi-site operations across geographies
– Strong documentation, MIS & audit orientation
– Excellent communication skills
– Calm, mature, and solution-oriented approach in high-pressure situations
– Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR / Labour Laws / Personnel Management
– 14+ years of experience in HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance
– Mandatory exposure to IPP / EPC / Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Power / Renewable Energy projects
– Prior experience managing remote / project sites is highly desirable
