ROLE
– Manage overall Logistics operations across multiple cities, WH & stores within the region for B2B and C2B verticals.
– Ensure seamless collections for B2B and C2B operations.
– Timely dispatch of Raw Material to the Recycling Facility.
– Maintain Inventory accuracy at all hubs/stores.
– Optimize Load and Cost.
– Deliver process efficiency and service quality.
– Track KPIs such as First attempt collection, Inventory holding, Cost per Shipment, and other Productivity metrics.
– Monitor and audit daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.
– Coordinate with Central Operations, Transportation, Planning, HR, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
– Increase 3PL vendor base and monitor contractual compliance.
– Manage, Plan, and Budget Manpower & Infrastructure within the region.
– Develop new territories in the region.
– Oversee the hiring & training of new team members.
– Ensure SLA’s & TAT adherence including Value Added Services and customised solutions.
– Assist the leadership team in developing communications protocols, processes, workflows & improvise same and implement.

REQUIREMENTS
– MBA
– 8 to 15 years in B2B and B2C environment
– Prior experience in a logistics company with exposure in managing its regional operations.
– Creative in solving complex business challenges.
– Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
– Ability to perform in high pace work environment.
– Willing to travel across the region.
– Exceptional planning skills and Data based decision making.
