ROLE
– Drive revenue growth and market expansion across North & East India
– Build and expand dealer and distributor networks
– Develop partnerships with 2W & 3W OEM ecosystem players
– Design and execute multi-channel sales strategies
– Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
– Create sales incentive structures and dealer commission models
– Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting dashboards
– Collaborate with marketing for regional demand generation
– Track market trends, competitor activity, and dealer performance
– Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies
REQUIREMENTS
– MBA in Marketing Management
– 6–10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
– Experience in EV, Battery, Automotive, or Energy sectors preferred
– Strong understanding of 2-Wheeler & 3-Wheeler ecosystem
– Proven experience in dealer/distribution network development
– Experience handling OEM partnerships
– Understanding of vehicle/battery financing models is a plus
– Strong analytical and reporting skills
– Willingness to travel extensively
