ROLE
– Own the end-to-end customer journey after a rooftop solar system purchase.
– Provide clear and proactive updates on installation milestones and timelines.
– Handle customer queries with empathy, professionalism, and patience.
– Identify and resolve potential issues early to ensure high customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
– 0-3 years of experience in customer facing roles
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Comfort communicating in Hindi and English
– Additional regional language proficiency is a plus
– Strong ownership and accountability
– Ability to remain calm and patient in customer conversations
