– Planning, Organizing and implementing HSE management system and creating HSE strategy
– Execution of Corporate HSE plan
– Digitalization of HSE processes
– Collating MIS reports from all business verticals and trend analysis
– Developing corporate safety standards and monitoring implementation for leadership review
– Identifying business specific training needs and creating HSE training program
– Monitoring Legal compliances across all business verticals
– Tracking CAPA of incident learnings
REQUIREMENTS
– Degree: B Tech Chem / Mech / Elect. + Advance Diploma Industrial Safety OR Environmental Engineering
– 2-4 Years of experience
– Knowledge on work place Safety Standards / Construction Safety Standards / Process Safety Management
– Accident investigation techniques and analysis
– Knowledgeable on EHS Regulations
– Knowledge on ISO 14001: 2015 & ISO 45001: 2018
