ROLE
– Drive B2B sales of Vecmocon’s product portfolio — BMS, smart chargers, IoT devices, and EV swapping stations
– Identify, prospect, and onboard new business clients across target industries
– Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads
– Build and manage a structured customer pipeline using CRM tools
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data
– Execute regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to drive conversions and ensure retention
– Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations to decision-makers
– Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales support
– Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
– Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, activity logs, and market feedback to management
– Gather competitor and market intelligence to support product positioning and sales strategy

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong B2B sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Ability to understand and articulate technical products
– Proficiency in customer data management and CRM tools
– Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline and pipeline ownership
– Confident in cold calling, lead generation, and independently building a client base
– Willingness to travel for client visits and field sales activities
– 1 to 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience
– Fluency in English
– Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is a plus
