ROLE
– Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from social media, website, and messaging channels
– Qualify leads based on land ownership, budget, and readiness to build
– Guide prospects through consultations, discovery calls, and showflat or site visits
– Maintain structured and consistent follow-ups to move leads toward reservation
– Present the Sienna design-and-build process, solar integration, pricing, and timelines clearly
– Convert qualified leads into reservations and signed contracts
– Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets
– Maintain organized tracking of all inquiries, follow-ups, and deal stages
– Monitor personal conversion metrics from inquiry to closing
– Provide weekly updates on pipeline status and sales performance
– Identify common objections and recommend improvements to conversion approach
REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in any field
– Minimum 3+ years experience in B2C sales handling inbound consumer leads
– Proven track record of meeting sales targets
– Comfortable managing own pipeline using CRM and tracking personal conversion metrics
– Strong written and spoken English and Tagalog
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team
