Sales Manager – Hydro & Infrastructure

ROLE
– Achieve and exceed regional sales targets aligned with company objectives
– Drive business development across dams, tunnels, hydro projects, reservoirs, and allied infrastructure sectors
– Manage the complete sales lifecycle: Lead generation
– Opportunity qualification
– Technical discussions
– Techno-commercial proposal preparation
– Negotiation and closure
– Revenue realization
– Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals for tenders, government projects, and strategic accounts
– Handle tendering processes across: Government PSUs
– Semi-Government
– Private EPC organizations
– Coordinate closely with Operations for: Project execution
– Client communication
– Payment follow-ups
– Post-sales relationship management
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hydro and infrastructure ecosystem
– Represent EyeROV at industry forums, trade events, and infrastructure conferences

REQUIREMENTS
– Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
– Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
– Active listener with strong stakeholder engagement capability
– Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in dynamic environments
– Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
– Ability to understand and communicate technical product requirements effectively
– Fluent in English and Hindi
– 5–10 years of relevant sales experience
– Proven B2B technical sales background
– Prior sales exposure in the Dams / Hydro / Infrastructure sector
– Experience in handling PSU / Government sales cycles preferred
– Prior experience in technical solution sales is essential
