ROLE
– Manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle, from order receipt to final delivery
– Ensure accurate and timely sales order processing in internal systems
– Track orders and provide regular updates to stakeholders
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure smooth order fulfillment
– Identify and resolve order-related issues or delays proactively
– Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
– Assist in improving operational efficiency and process workflows
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong communication and coordination skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
– Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus
– Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
– High attention to detail and organizational skill
