ROLE
– Being the first connect with the prospected customer, will act as a brand ambassador for Enerparc.
– To develop an actionable database of potential customers and industry for the assigned regions.
– Connect with the potential customers and understand their pain points and fit for Enerparc’s solutions.
– Set-up meeting for the regional BD heads with the established connects.
– Follow-up and nurture the leads generated till the time it is ready to handover to the regional head.
– Follow-up with the regional heads and take updates on the status of the leads handed over.
– Work alongside the regional BD heads to explore assigned regions for potential customers.
– Must adhere to the targets assigned in terms of connects, leads generated and handed over to regional head, and project conversions.
REQUIREMENTS
– Strong Communication skills and being able to articulate Enerparc’s USPs and solutions.
– Comfortable in communicating with Decision makers/ CXO level
– Knowledge of any Sales tools like Salesforce/ Pipedrive will be an advantage.
– Knowledge of English and regional language.
– High energy levels and ability to deliver on the targets assigned.
– Education: B Tech/ B E/ MBA/ B COM
– Experience: 2-3 years
– Preferred companies: Solar IPP/EPC companies
