ROLE
– Lead and manage a team of 5–6 field sales executives
– Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective team management
– Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s residential customer base
– Conduct field visits to manage lead conversions and support team members
– Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions
– Identify and explore new channels or partnerships to generate leads
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
– Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales funnel via CRM/sales software
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and improve the sales process

REQUIREMENTS
– 2–5 years of experience in managing field sales teams
– Minimum 5–6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in solar, Real estate, NBFC, Automobile, Edtech, FMCG, or consumer durables
– Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
– Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
– Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
