ROLE
– Manage and implement compliance projects, process, tools, and framework tailored to the latest regulatory requirements.
– Integrate technology-driven monitoring and escalation processes into compliance processes.
– Support regular internal/external audits specific to implemented regulations and related processes and frameworks.
– Drive change management and training for internal and external stakeholders to ensure awareness and readiness for new and upcoming regulations.
– Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies and monitor effectiveness.
– Investigate compliance breaches, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution and continuous improvement.
– Oversee preparation and submission of reports according to regulatory requirements or established frameworks.
– Ensure audit-readiness and transparency in reporting.
– Foster cross-functional collaboration to address regulatory challenges, share best practices, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
– Support the establishment and continuous improvement of SCM or companywide governance structure and RACI matrices for regulatory compliance.
– Deliver digitalization and automation solutions to facilitate reporting as well as internal control requirements.
– Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Law, or related field.
– 5 years in compliance with demonstrable ESG focus—either within Supply Chain, Corporate Sustainability, or legal/Compliance teams.
– Proven track record in ESG reporting, impact assessments, monitoring/testing, and regulatory implementation.
– Strong understanding of global ESG frameworks and regulations.
– Skilled in assessing ESG risks, interpreting data, and providing recommendations.
– Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder programs and drive change; Project Management experience and certification required.
– Ability to influence diverse audiences using facts, policies, and best practices.
– Ability to work independently with limited supervision on moderately difficult problems.
– High standards for accuracy, governance, and ethical conduct.
– Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
