ROLE
– Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
– Hands on experience with windows/Linux/Mac OS environment
– Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
– Knowledge of network security practices and antivirus programs
– Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
– Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
– Customer oriented attitude
– Connecting users to Active directory server, system configuration for particular user
– NVR/DVR and CCTV configuration
– Printer configuration
– Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in Laptop/Desktop
– Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure with a focus on networking technologies
– Proficiency in ticketing systems and IT services management tools
– Basics of Static and dynamic routing
– Physical install and connect firewalls and other security appliances
– Monitor firewall for up/down or issues, document, root cause analysis, reporting
– Configure remote access VPN
– Basic understanding on access rule and NAT rule
– URL filtering and web filtering
– Configure firewall interface
– Design, install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual systems
– Install and integrate AV equipment, including projectors, display, video walls, speakers, microphones and control systems
– Strong written and verbal communication skills

REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar role
– Any certifications in Hardware and Networking
– Diploma/ Degree
– Education
