ROLE
– Assign daily operational tasks to technicians.
– Conduct performance reviews and monitor efficiency.
– Reduce non/never communication cases through proactive oversight.
– Monitor smart meters and analyze data from HES/MDM systems.
– Troubleshoot communication issues to ensure seamless connectivity.
– Coordinate SM-to-SM replacements to maintain operational reliability.
– Ensure adherence to operational efficiency standards.
– Prepare and submit compliance reports as per project requirements.
– Support continuous improvement initiatives within O&M processes.

REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 2 years of experience in AMISP operations or related O&M functions.
– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data monitoring and troubleshooting.
– Ability to manage teams and coordinate across stakeholders.
– Excellent communication and reporting skills.
– Engineering graduate having at least 2 years of experience in AMISP operations.
