ROLE
– Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety and quality standards
– Lead day-to-day operations and site execution
– Manage all disciplines, including Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works
– Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
– Liaise with procurement, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless material flow and technical alignment
– Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, vendor coordination, and subcontractor management
– Proactively identify risks, resolve site-level issues, and ensure 100% adherence to HSE and quality protocols
– Maintain rigorous daily progress reporting and documentation for internal leadership and client review

REQUIREMENTS
– 4–5 years of hands-on experience in project execution, specifically within Biogas, Renewable Energy, or Process Plants
– Proven ability to lead site teams and manage complex, multi-disciplinary subcontractors
– Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and planning skills with a results-oriented mindset
