ROLE
– Oversee all on-site civil construction activities
– Direct supervision of all civil works, including excavation, RCC foundations for heavy machinery, digester tank construction, control rooms, and site development
– Ensure all construction strictly adheres to approved structural drawings, GA drawings, and project specifications
– Oversee material testing and maintain rigorous quality logs
– Coordinate with civil subcontractors to ensure adequate manpower deployment and adherence to the project timeline
– Enforce strict HSE protocols on-site, ensuring a zero-accident work environment
– Maintain Daily Progress Reports, verify contractor bills against actual site measurements, and report bottlenecks to the Project Leader

REQUIREMENTS
– B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
– 4–5 years in industrial construction
– Experience in STP/ETP plants, refineries, process plants, or Biogas projects
– Proficiency in reading complex structural drawings
– Knowledge of IS codes for concrete/steel
– Experience in high-precision tank construction
– Strong site management skills
– Ability to handle local labour/contractors
– Willingness to stay at project sites
