Senior Brand Executive

Beco – Mumbai, India

ROLE
– Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans across ATL and BTL/digital channels
– Lead GTM initiatives across social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing campaigns
– Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution
– Track brand performance, market share, consumer insights, and competitor activities
– Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize spends to maximize ROI
– Manage brand budgets and marketing investments efficiently
– Support new product launches and brand-building initiatives across channels

REQUIREMENTS
– 3–4 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing within FMCG/D2C brands
– Strong understanding of ATL, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and campaign planning
– Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign and consumer data
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
– Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
– Prior experience in sustainable, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus
