ROLE
– Experience in Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Solar PV Panel manufacturing machines
– Good Shift management skill
– Knowledge of maintenance & troubleshooting of Multibusbar Stringer, Auto Lay-Up, Auto tapping, EL, Laminator, Framing, Conveyor line, HI Pot, Flashers, Auto Module Sorting
– Maintenance & troubleshooting of VFDs, Servo Motors & Drives
– Maintenance & troubleshooting of various types of Proximity Switches, Thermocouples, RTDs
– Maintenance & troubleshooting of Hydraulic &Pneumatic equipment like cylinders, SOV, LFR, Vacuum Generators
– Knowledge of PM Module of SAP
– PM jobs execution & record keeping
– Maintaining of MIS sheets/Log Books
– Knowledge about calibration of Instruments
– Active participator in 5S, TPM, Kaizen activities
– Able to identify critical spare parts & regularly keeping track of critical spares
– Knowledge of Communication Protocol of PLCs, HMI, Servo Drives, PLC Logics is desirable

REQUIREMENTS
– Proven hands-on experience of minimum 3 years in solar module manufacturing plant & overall 7 years of experience
– Understanding of maintenance procedures, 5s and material handling
– Knowledge of repairing of Electrical & Electronic & mechanical Spare Parts will be desirable
– Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical
– Adherence to health and safety regulations
– Ability to read Hindi and English
– Analytical skills
– Willing to work in extended hours
– Should be Punctual & disciplined and can maintain floor decorum
– Attention to detail given by Superiors
– Teamwork and communication skills
– Eye vision level should be 6/6
