ROLE
– Operate and control process tools including: PECVD for passivation layer deposition
– Operate and control process tools including: Wet benches / inline cleaning systems
– Operate and control process tools including: Screen printing & firing equipment
– Adhere strictly to SOPs, process specs, and quality standards
– Perform tool checks, preventive actions, and basic troubleshooting
– Record daily production parameters, downtime, and abnormalities
– Support process engineers during trials and parameter optimization
– Follow cleanroom, ESD, and safety protocols at all times
– Actively participate in shift handovers and team meetings

REQUIREMENTS
– B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics
– Strong knowledge of process tools and vacuum/plasma equipment
– Familiarity with MES systems, SPC tools, and ISO documentation
– Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
– Willingness to work in shifts in a cleanroom environment
