ROLE
– Prepare detailed engineering drawings including GA drawings, fabrication drawings, civil layouts, and BOMs.
– Develop technical specifications for steel structures, civil works, and mounting components.
– Support topographical analysis, land grading, and drainage system design for project sites.
– Coordinate with electrical and project teams for plant layout finalisation and interface management.
– Prepare and review BOQs, material estimates, and cost inputs for mechanical and civil works.
– Support RFQ preparation, vendor evaluation, and technical bid assessments.
– Ensure compliance with IS codes, structural standards, and project-specific requirements.
– Review and approve vendor drawings, foundation designs, and construction methodologies.
– Provide technical support during site execution and resolve design issues.

REQUIREMENTS
– B.E./B.Tech –Mechanical Engineering
– 4–6 years’ experience in solar EPC project engineering
– Strong hands-on experience in solar plant Mechanical design and drawing preparation
– Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of STAAD Pro and ANSYS will be an added advantage.
– Experience in RFQs, MDL, costing, and bidding support
– Good coordination and documentation skills
