ROLE
– Review and understand the customer technical specifications
– Perform the mechanical design of various static equipment with applicable codes & standard
– Preparation of reports for design of various static equipment
– Preparation of inputs based on mechanical design and customer technical specifications for detail engineering documents
– Checking of detail engineering documents
– Preparation of various MTO
– Ensure timely completion of design and detail engineering of static equipment
– Interaction with cross functional team for design and detail engineering of static equipment
– Provide necessary support to proposal team for weight estimation of static equipment
– Checking of interface for static equipment to ensure zero rework at shop/site due to interface issues of static equipment
– Review & approval of Vendor Documents
– Quick resolution of queries raised by designers and cross functional departments
– Quick learning of internal processes, documentation and following SOP
– Provide necessary support of static equipment manufacturing and erection team
– Standardization / Productization of Static Engineering

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor of mechanical engineering /Master of Mechanical Engineering
– 3-10 years of experience
– Proficiency in design software like PV Elite, AME tank, Nozzle Pro
– Knowledge and Understanding of various engineering code and standards related to static engineering like ASME, API, TEMA, IS, PED, EN etc
– Knowledge of static equipment and mechanical engineering fundamentals
– Adaptability

– Time Management and Prioritization
– Hands on experience in design of static equipment
– Hands on experience of Software like PV Elite, AME tank, Nozzle Pro , Autodesk Inventor/ SolidWorks, Auto cad, Navis works
– Fair knowledge of Instrument
– Fair knowledge of Equipment functioning
– Knowledge of SAP & BEI
– Experience in designing static equipment in industries like water industries, oil & gas
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
