ROLE
– Coordinate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to align production schedules with sales forecasts
– Monitor production progress to ensure on-time completion and dispatch readiness
– Maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses and distribution points
– Track SKU-wise inventory, reconcile physical vs. system stocks, and reduce slow-moving inventory
– Support cycle counts, stock audits, and data accuracy initiatives
– Identify and highlight bottlenecks or process gaps and recommend improvements
– Support automation and process improvement projects in Operations
– Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations
– Champion sustainability initiatives in packaging, logistics, and waste reduction

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong understanding of warehouse management, Inventory, Backend Operation
– Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms
– Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
