ROLE
– Perform the production Operations as per the following Avaada Policies and Procedures
– overall responsibility for Line production Process and floor Quality, SAP, and reports
– Facilitate the Technical training for production manpower
– Enhancement in manufacturing team capabilities through training, recruitment & plant visit
– Contribute to drive organizational performance resulting in stable production processes and sustainable product Quality
– Assure that all SOPs are implemented and in conformance to Company’s Quality Management system
– Assure Safety systems compliance with legislation for Environment and Health
– Operational Process
– Equipment Resourcing: Support in discussion in Technology, Team members for planning, sourcing & procurement equipment as per product requirements
– Day’s Planning: Review the meeting points, Review A Day in life meeting points
– Plant Production Management System: Contribute to customer satisfaction by safeguarding customer requirements and verifying product quality, certification & testing, and proper documentations
– Contribute to create a “Do it right the first time – every time” attitude throughout the organization
– Assure strict compliance to Environment & Safety audits, Product audits, and ISO audits
– Production Daily Performance Review, Improvement, and Weekly Reporting
– Follow up CAPA & established the process
– Weekly & Monthly technical training to all operators & technicians

REQUIREMENTS
– Experience: >10 years
– Qualification & Certification Required:
– B.Tech / Diploma in mechanical/electrical/electronics
– Awareness of QMS, IMS, ISO 9000, standard
– Subject specific technical knowledge
– Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform:
– Knowledge & ability of Manpower Management, Problem solving, Leadership, Good Communication & Technical skill
– Interactive Skills, Presentation Skills, Teamwork, document Preparation, System Audit, MS Office Proficient – Word, Power Point, Excel, SAP, Minitab etc.
– knowledge of measuring instruments & testing equipment used in Solar module manufacturing
– Knowledge of sampling plan & its use
