ROLE
– Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
– Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to leadership.
– Support business expansion and investment decisions with financial modelling.
– Manage complete R2R cycle including journal entries, reconciliation, accruals, and provisions.
– Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial closures.
– Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and variance analysis.
– Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards.
– Lead IFRS audit processes and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
– Handle India statutory audits for group companies.
– Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
– Develop and execute annual audit plans.
– Oversee direct and indirect taxation matters including corporate tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
– Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize tax liabilities.
– Liaise with tax consultants and authorities when required.
– Supervise finance bookkeeping activities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
– Strengthen internal controls and implement financial governance frameworks.
– Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs.
– Drive system improvements, process automation, and financial digitalization initiatives.
– Lead financial automation projects to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

REQUIREMENTS
– Strong knowledge of IFRS and Indian GAAP
– Expertise in R2R and financial consolidation
– Advanced taxation and tax planning knowledge
– Experience in financial automation and digital transformation
– Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
– Excellent stakeholder and audit management skills
– Relevant certifications in IFRS or SAP will be an added advantage
