– Interpret and integrate customer viewpoints into project workflows to ensure high-satisfaction delivery.
– Develop and pitch innovative business models to clients, leveraging their feedback to refine strategies and tapping into their networks to accelerate organizational growth.
– Execute comprehensive primary and secondary research on the recycling landscape for low-value plastics to identify untapped recovery potential.
– Direct experimental trials for the mechanical recycling of flexible plastics, maintaining rigorous documentation of methodologies and results.
– Identify high-value applications for recyclates and lead the compounding process to tailor material properties for specific industrial end-uses.
– Facilitate initial material dispatches to downstream partners to evaluate the commercial adaptability and performance of low-value plastic recyclates.
– Evaluated and selected national and global machinery vendors to support the deployment of recycling technologies.
– Systematically captured and analyzed comprehensive operational parameters to establish a baseline for recycling efficiency.
– Utilize Zoho Projects to delegate daily tasks and monitor team performance, ensuring high levels of accountability and throughput.
– Execute daily project monitoring and provide strategic interventions to optimize time management and resource allocation.
– Facilitate frequent communication with material suppliers to elevate input quality and with processing centers to track project velocity.
– Coordinate a dual-track testing protocol involving both in-house analysis and certified external laboratories.
– Oversee project database evaluation while leading the strategic identification of machinery vendors, feedstock suppliers, and offtake customers.
– Identifying end destinations for recycled plastics recovered from low value plastics
– Networking with the brands to understand their products and the scope for utilizing the recycled materials in their product
– Connecting with sustainability and packaging team of brands to understand more about future trend of plastic packaging

– B.Tech Polymer, M Tech Nano, PhD in Polymer & Plastic Technology
