ROLE
– Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
– Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to drive EV charger sales in B2B and B2C markets.
– Expand Market Presence: Identify new business opportunities and expand market footprint.
– Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
– Industry Networking: Stay updated on industry trends and participate in events to expand the company’s network.
– Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights.
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
– Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales management, particularly in EV chargers or related industries.
– Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EV charger market, technology, and regulations.
– Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
– Customer Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships.
– Analytical Abilities: Proficient in forecasting, tracking sales performance, and using CRM tools.
– Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
