ROLE
– Mobilize, start, plan, organize, lead, and control projects
– Manage construction projects, handle customer interactions, and utilize planning tools such as MS Projects and AutoCAD
– Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to monitor installation progress, manage client billing, invoicing, and collections, and handle contractual communications
– Lead and motivate the team to meet project deadlines and develop reporting engineers
– Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution
– Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth installation processes
– Participate in company events, PSR, HSE, Seminars and conduct site trainings for site staff activities voluntarily
– Contributing for Internal Audit of company
– Implementing ZeroD
– Check and reconsile materials after installation completion
– Check and coordinate with HO engineering team for completion and submission of As Build Drawings

REQUIREMENTS
– B.E. / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, E&I
– 11 to 18 years of experience
– Capability to execute EPC, EPCM, supply & supervision of projects
– Budget Planning and Site Planning
– Contract Management
– Claim Management and Change order
– Process Knowledge of WTP, WWTP, ETP and ZLD
– Team work
