ROLE
– Plan, organize, lead, and control projects, ensuring their successful completion by maintaining cost efficiency, high quality, and timely delivery, ultimately achieving customer satisfaction
– Leverage experience in project management and customer handling, and utilize planning tools such as Primavera and MS Projects
– Coordinate with the site team for work progress, manage client billing, invoicing, and collection, and handle strong contractual and legal communications
– Make frequent site visits, develop client relationships, and have hands-on experience in SAP
– Drive the entire team to meet project deadlines and develop reporting engineers
– Understand, identify, and mitigate risks associated with project execution
– Participating in company events like sports, PSR activities voluntarily
– Contributing for Internal Audit of company
– Implementing ZeroD

– Field specialization: Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, E&I
– Degree: B.E.
– Years of experience: 11 TO 18
– Technical Competencies: Capability to execute EPC, EPCM, supply & supervision of projects
– Technical Competencies: Budget Planning
– Technical Competencies: Contract Management
– Technical Competencies: Claim Management and Change order
– Technical Competencies: Process Knowledge of WTP, WWTP, ETP and ZLD
