ROLE
– Lead the commercialisation, positioning, and market adoption of the Fleet SaaS platform
– Ensure the product is clearly positioned, effectively sold, and successfully monetised across enterprise customers
– Act as the bridge between product, sales, and customers
– Own product positioning, packaging, and pricing for Fleet SaaS
– Develop enterprise GTM strategy and sales enablement
– Focus on customer solutioning and use-case alignment
– Drive adoption, expansion, and monetisation of the platform
– Conduct market intelligence and competitive positioning

REQUIREMENTS
– 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Product Management in B2B SaaS
– Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products
– Proven track record of driving monetisation and revenue growth
– Strong experience working with enterprise sales and GTM teams
– Ability to convert product capabilities into clear business value and ROI narratives
– Experience in solutioning for enterprise customers
– Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, packaging, and adoption models
– Excellent communication and storytelling skills for enterprise audiences
– Exposure to mobility, fleet management, logistics, or EV ecosystems
– Experience with telematics, IoT, or operations-heavy platforms
– Familiarity with CRM & Sales Tools: Salesforce / HubSpot
– Familiarity with Analytics: Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Power BI, Looker
– Familiarity with Product & Execution: Jira, Notion, Confluence
– Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture
