ROLE
– The Senior Project Coordinator needs to enable operations team to execute client requirements
– Follow the process with extreme attention to detail
– Monitor standard operations and resolve any deviations
– Know how to work all of the equipment for waste processing
– Coordinate and regularly communicate with their team through messages, calls, and meetings
– Focus on developing the ecosystem
– Look into deep client engagement on a monthly basis through training, awareness sessions, collection drive etc
– Ensure that the clients interacting with them on the ground are satisfied with Company services
– Understand the contract requirements and be responsible for accepting and handling all issue related calls by clients in coordination with client team
– Meet clients regularly to ensure client satisfaction and adjust processes if required
– Ensure client side trainings are completed
– Engage with client to address gaps and schedule sensitization, awareness programs, and trainings for our clients on responsible waste management
– Update clients on their waste managed by sending monthly qualitative and quantitative reports monthly reports to them

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelors or masters degree in environmental science or related field
– Work experience in the waste management sector or in sustainability
